  • Provide Board with Financial Reports/Audits/Investment Information
  • Review Expenditures/Sign Checks
  • Assign Monies for Scholarships
  • Develop Budget

 

Board Support

  • Provide Report at Monthly Meetings – 1st Tuesday of the month 4:00
  • Answer Board Questions/Fulfill Board Requests
  • Provide Board Training

 

College Support

  • Meet weekly with College President – Tuesday 9:00 a.m.
  • Provide Report at Monthly Board Meetings – 2nd Monday 6:00 p.m.
  • Sit on College Strategic Planning Committee – As assigned

 

Community Support

  • Active Member of Service Club (Rotary) – Thursday 12:00 noon
  • Sit on Temple Business Incubator Board – Bi-Monthly 3rd Wed. 3:00 p.m.
  • Participate in Temple Chamber of Commerce Events

 

Event Planning

  • Annual Golf Tournament – September
  • Annual Scholarship Luncheon – September
  • Kings of Cuisine – November
  • Cruise for the College – As Scheduled
  • Naming Events – As Scheduled

 

Foundation Management

  • Provide Guidance/Direction for the Daily Activities of the Foundation
  • Conduct Weekly Staff Meetings for Foundation Staff – Wed. 11:30 a.m.
